Contacting the crew?

My kids made a special bond with one of our waiters and would like to send him a post card from home. Does anyone know the best way to reach a crew member on ship? I would assume we could address it to him c/o "Carnival <ship name>" and send it to the port but I wasn't sure if this would reach him or not....

Try facebook if you know there name...we have had alot of luck on thre and we keep in touch with our fav staff all the time.
