Disembark/Luggage questions for San Juan Puerto Rico

Sailing on Carribbean princess in few weeks and will fly home from San Juan and had a few questions seem to find conflicting info on. (1) Is there luggage direct/express where can not see your luggage until airport (maybe for a fee?) or is this discontinued? (2) Have afternoon flight what is the latest you can disembark the ship about?

Was on the CP a few weeks ago. Getting off the ship was just a mess but I believe it was because we were on the repositioning cruise and it was the first time docking in San Juan since last season.

 

We were not offered the opportunity to have our luggage taken right to the airport. Perhaps I missed an announcement but do remember taking advantage of that option on our RC Adventure of the Seas cruise a few years back.

 

Believe the last folks left our ship around 11:00 AM
