Cruise Express Shuttles

I used them in October. Was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

When you exit Port Canaveral, go past the first line of buses etc, and through the tunnel. The shuttle will be to the right. Have the phone number handy, and call if needed, there can be a lot of buses/shuttles etc.

I dealt with Wanda.

Our flight into Orlando was 2 hours late. We missed the shuttle we were scheduled for, but we had called Wanda to tell her we would be late. She arranged to have a friend meet us and escort us to a different shuttle service which she uses in these kinds of situations. We were very pleased with the extra care given by Cruise Express.

When she took you to the 'new' shuttle...did they honor your price with her?

I dealt with Wanda for transportation for a recent cruise out of Port Canaveral. She is very rude and unprofessional, her drivers were late and did not give appropriate directions for where we should meet them. Dealing with her on the phone was difficult because she had a terrible attitude. We were told to meet a van for the return trip and given a specific place to meet the driver. It turns out she completely changed plans without telling us and we were riding a charter bus. If the driver wouldnt have gone walking around looking for us we would have never found her. Honestly, you get what you pay for. Carnival's shuttle or Mears is worth it- they are reliable and 100% professional in their dealings. What is a another 10-15 dollars anyways? If I could go back again I would never choose this company. I recommend none of you choose it either.

Booked Cruise Xpress for a one way return from Port Canaveral to MCO. Wanda was in touch with me as soon as I placed the reservation and answered my questions. Our flight wasn't that early but Carnival got us off the boat before Wanda's other passengers so she actually just drove us to the airport in her personal car so that we didn't have to wait around at the terminal. If you've been to Port Canaveral, you know there really isn't a terminal after you exit the boat.

Wanda was great to deal with and if I cruise from this port again, I will definitely use her service again. $25 each way per person, I think is the standard price.
