Show times for Eclipse Western Caribbean?

We are sailing Feb. 5 on the Eclipse for the Western Caribbean cruise. We have 8:30 seating for dinner, but would like to do a specialty restaurant one or two times and have dinner a bit earlier those nights. Does anyone know the show times in the evening for that cruise? I seem to remember from previous cruises that show times are generally 7 and 9, but once or twice there is no early show. Any help as to what nights we would miss the early show if we had a 7:00 dinner would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

7 & 9 except formal nights Sunday and Thursday when shows are after dinner, 8:30 and 10:45.
