Mr. Sanchos Roped off Area??

Has anyone been to Mr. Sanchos lately? I thought I read somewhere that they are building an area that is sectioned/partitioned off if you purchase the All Inclusive package. Please report back to us if you know of any news of that or experienced it yourself.
