Nassau Day - Sheraton, Wyndham, or Blue Lagoon?

We are going to be on the Carnival Fantasy 3/28-4/2. We have a group of 10 - 6 adults, 4 kids 12-15. We plan on doing the Unexso Dolphin encounter in Freeport and would just like a nice beach day/pool in Nassau. We'd like lunch and access to an adult beverage or two.

 

Any recommendations or pro/cons of these options?
