I don't know about Dream, but we were offered this on Spirit on your 26th of Dec sailing. They told us about the deal as soon as we approached them upon boarding. No idea about reservations made before the cruise.

When we were on Dream recently, they announced that a free bottle of wine would be given for first night. Don't know if it applied to early reservations being made. ( seems like it would )
