Bannister Island - what company to choose?

We are going on Carnival Valor Jan 22..We have 2 small kids - 4.5 and 15 month, so we are not going ruins or something else. Just wanted a simple beach time.

Carnival does not have anything to just go to Bannister Island. I was reading this forum and found Eco Tours and Coral Breeze.

Are those companies safe? WHich one is more reliable? Would you recommend any of them?

I am really afraid af the problems with 2 kids in hands..

Thank you
