Royal Palms vs. Sea Grape beach in Grand Cayman

We will be going to Grand Cayman the end of February, and I was wanting advice on whether to go to Royal Palms or Sea Grape beach. I want a nice relaxing beach with white sand that we can swim and have a good time. I heard that Royal Palms is nice, but it is very crowded. I don't know alot about Sea Grape beach. I would like to know what each beach offers. :o

Check the Port of Call board for Cayman Islands. You'll have more luck there:D
