Shopping in the port

We will be in Cozumel from 11:00 till 8:00 that night. We are going to Nachi Cocum till 4:00 or 5:00 and then we are going back to the port to go shopping. Does anyone know how long the shops are open at night in the port area of Cozumel.:o

I would imagine they stay open as long as ships are in port.
