negrilbride Posted January 18, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 18, 2011 Was it a nice resort? would you go there again? I have stayed at that complex in November of 2009. It was not part of a cruise. We just went there for a week long vacation. We stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall which I guess you could say is the highest level of Iberostar resorts at that complex. Guests at the grand have access to the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites as well as the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. When we were there, the Beach resort was closed due to low occupancy, labor disputes, or renovations... It depended on who you were talking to as to what story you got. Guests at the Suites have access to the Suites and the beach. Guests of the Beach can only access that resort. Anyway, will you only have access to the beach resort? If you have access to the suites too it is a much better deal. I think the pool is nicer plus there is a lazy river at the Suites. I can't speak for food at the Beach since it was closed, but the food at the suites was pretty decent.
