2011 Holiday Cruise - Which Line???

I have been asked by my mom in law to research the best options for a family cruise - she is turning 70 this year - for the week between christmas and new year... warm was the stipulation LOL

 

So my questions are:

 

1) who has the best festive spirit - we want to enjoy the holiday season

2) who has the best intinerary to meet said stipulation ;)

3) who does best for birthday celebrations like this - may be a silly question, but something to cover... She is a posh woman you see LOL

 

We are looking for a 7 day cruise, there are 9 of us in total (my DS is 7, his cousin 2) the rest adults...

 

Any help/insight is most appreciated!!!

" BEST" is subjective...but my choice would be Princess :D

Update - she wants something that includes the Cayman Islands, but still warm - thinking that a mexico/cayman cruise is out of the question really...thoughts???
