Land's End boat, beach and shopping?

Looking at this Carnival excursion. Does anyone know what "beach club" they use, read on other posts that it used to be just a roped off beach, not a club or hotel? When they escort you back to town to shop - do they walk with you or taxi you back to town? We don't want to shop, just hit Cabo Wabo on the way back.

One of the main reasons for booking a tour is to be a first tender - if you don't have a ship excursion booked what time can you get off at Cabo? Thanks for any input (oh, traveling with 2 kids - so ease of package deal was part of the reason for excursion too...)

I too, would like this information. Don't plan on shopping here...can we stay at the beach longer...how far from the tenders will we be?
