Hello,

Giving just the credit of 50.00 or 100.00 to someone instead of drink card does the credit gift card work for if they want to use $$ for bingo, casino or spa? I guess what I am asking does the amount just get deducted from anything they charge on their account?

 

Also the upgrade fairy how does that work do you have to be booked with Hal direct? does it only work if your booked in GTE room or do they just call people random? I am booked in an obrutcted view since only catagory in ocean view for 3 people. I am waitlisted for a cat F with better view if that comes available but would they also call to try and upsell me to balcony? And how far in advance to try start calling for upsells and upgrading?

Yes, OBC gifts can be used toward any onboard charges, as they simply apply against the bottom line at the end of the cruise.
