Some people may find my pre cruise movie ritual weird

I've only been cruising for 3yrs but every time the week before we sail I like to watch Titanic, Poseidon and Speed 2 Cruise control.

 

My onboard ritual is simple: ask the captain if or when they need a coffee break can I take over for abit.

In 4 cruises never got a no, did get to visit the bridge on my first and second sailings but couldnt bring a camera or touch anything. Guess they knew my drivers ed teacher.

I like watching all 3 versions of Poseidon. :D Also, both versions of Titanic (esp. the one with Catherine Zeta-Jones) and A Night to Remember.

 

There's also a good Columbo cruise episode.

 

Of course, don't forget the first two seasons of "Love Boat".
