Will be asked to tip at the end of each week or will it be carried over to the end of our holiday?

 

Even though it is one cruise to you, it is (from an accounting `n finance perspective) two separate cruises. I suspect they will ask you to close out your account at the end of the first cruise segment (including tips) prior to the start of the second segment.
