Win-A-Cruise Bingo information needed

Does anyone know what taxes you have to pay in order to use the certificate. Is it only trhe government taxes or do you have to pay the port charges as well? Also how hard is it to upgrade your room.

I won a bingo cruise on the Radiance of the seas. I took my cruise on the Navigator of the seas. I checked the box on the form stating I would pay for a upgrade to a balcony room.

When I received my reservations I was in a balcony room at no extra cost at all. I paid $25.00 for the insurance and that was it. I did not get credit for the cruise but no big deal, it was free.
