What should teenagers do in Nassua and Freeport?

I'm taking 2 teenage girls and I don't know what we should do here. They like shopping, wildlife, and water sports.Is there anywhere we can parasail? and does anyone know anything about dolphin excursions

for Freeport take a taxi into Our Lucaya $5 pp each way there is a beach in front of the big hotels. you can rent water activities....Jetskis....and I believe you can get the parasail from there. there is a shopping area there with a good # of shops and a small straw market. In the middle of the shopping area is a little shack that sells Island drinks.....for $6 you can get a 16oz and 10 oz frozen drink with or w/o rum. there is also a casino in the area but of course you need to be 18 to gamble.

 

In Nassau.....Go to the Straw Mkt and shop in there.....all kinds of things can be had in there....also can taxk a taxi$4 pp or water taxi $3 pp over to Paradise Is. and go to the beach Cabbage Beach. it is right down from Atlantis. No charge for this beach but be careful water can be rough at times. Keep a close watch if swimming.....Atlantis also has a water park very expensive and an aquarium also pretty expensive. but these are just a few things that can be done.

Is the water park at Atlantis worth the high price tag? This would be our only chance to go, for we probably won't ever return to Nassua
