Best way to see Harrison's Cave, Swim with turtles, and Relax at Accra Beach...

We have previously been to Barbados and did the Glory Tours full day tour. (Enjoyed it, but it was a bit disorganized at times.)

 

We are hoping to go back this September on the Victory. Having missed Harrison's Cave on our last trip due to renovations, I'd like to see it as well as to swim with the turtles again and end the day at Accra Beach relaxing. What is your suggestion as to the best way to achieve this? Thanks!
