exchanging same price cabins

After final payment the prices are usually for new bookings only.

But you could call your CAS ta that you did the booking with and see if they can get some OBC for you to make up for the price difference. Maybe yes, maybe no.

OP.. just my experience, but it is difficult to get very much from CAS once you have booked and paid for the cruise. A CAS booking never gets a call from the Upsell Fairy .. well.. VERY rarely at least.. NCL's train of thought , as told to me by a CAS rep, is that you already got your bonus when you booked for a lower rate. I know you aren't asking for a bonus, etc.. I was just mentioning that.

What that said (or typed).. I do believe they would work with you in this particular situtation if you just wanted to change to the higher cabin catagory. The only issue I might can see is it sounds like you booked through Harrah's, not CAS and I honestly do not know how much they are able to do through Harrah's. Maybe they have contacts they work with who are in CAS, etc.. But the bottom line really is you have nothing to lose by asking for it. 8-)

Apologies in advance for a slight thread detour here. We are Total Rewards members but not big players. Is the CAS discount when booking dependant on your level of play in land based casinos or is there a standard discount? Thanks.
