Tobago is small & relatively little-to-see. But attractive & friendly. Possibly not worth a pre-booked tour - consider a short shared taxi or van tour from the pier to Plymouth, then an afternoon on one of several excellent beaches?

We are not interested in the beaches or snorkeling, more about sights and culture. Do you think it would be cheaper to split a taxi/ van and sightsee or pay someone. Getting quoted $85pp includes lunch and is 7hr tour.
