Will I be able to get shakes on Pearl?

My most favorite drink in the world is a decadent thick chocolate malted shake. On my last cruise (non-NCL) they didn't have any so our butler improvised and made them for me (appreciated his efforts but he had no idea on how to make a great shake, and it was better than nothing). Will there be any specialty coffee/dessert area where I can get my favorite treat or will I need to bring vanilla extract, hazelnut, etc to mix with the ship's ice cream and milk (and hopefully whipped cream?) to make my own and will I be able to use the blender for cocktails for this purpose?
