Second of all, there is a savings certificate for the July 17th sailing on the Allure. Would I be able to combine this savings with my balcony discount?

as I got a C&A balcony discount on a Boardwalk balcony, I believe you will get one on a Central Park balcony.

 

I do not think the Certificate will be combinable with the above discount.

Yes to the first question.

 

No to the second....you will have to pick either the C&A Savings Certificate or the balcony discount.
