Local Bus to Megan's Bay/Mountain Top

I was looking at taxi pricing and was wondering if there was a bus route to Megan's Bay Beach or Mountain Top? We used the bus for Red Hook when we visited St. John's Trunk Bay and it was great! We saved alot of money that way! Any help? Thanks!!
