Question regarding Carnival policy

I have not sailed on Carnival for many years and I can't find an answer to my question on the website...What is the smoking policy on Carnival ships? I do not want to debate the issue, I have a medical reason to want to know. Where and when is smoking allowed? In rooms? Public venues? Casino? Are there smoking and non-smoking areas?

Thanks for your help.

Smoking is allowed in all rooms, with the exception of "Spa Class" rooms on certain ships. It is allowed on all balconies, with the exception of those "Spa Class" balconies.

It is allowed on open decks on one side of the ship only...the other side is non smoking.

It is allowed in some of the bars. On some ships, a portion of the casino is non smoking.
