Nope! Sorry! I tried on my last cruise because I don't like sausage (they come with cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and sausage as far as I remember), but they said they are already pre-made and can't custom make them. I did end up getting it and it was wonderful, I just picked out the sausage. They will make the pizza for you though.
