Signature Drinks and Match Play coupons?

I am going on the Dream April 9th. Can you still get a casino match play coupon with the reciept from a "signature" drink. I usually like Mojitos and I know I used to be able to get the coupons for casino match play.

When you order a "Signature" drink (there are 4-5 drinks listed) like a Mojito it will say on the reciept that it is good for one casino match play. You take you reciept to the casino cashier to get the coupons.

 

A match play is where if you bet $5 on, for example, a hand of Blackjack and then win (when you have your match play coupon with your bet) you will win $10. It is like having your bet doubled.

 

I think they coupons for match play are only good for up to a $5 bet. and I also belive is it only for certain games, Blackjack, craps?

Yes, we used out coupons for 3 Card Poker, Blackjack, and Let it Ride. I am not ssure if it goes on for the whole cruise. We noticed it the third day.

They put it in the Fun Times for one day...but it is good for the whole cruise! :D

 

 

And just be sure the person who bought the drink(s) redeems the receipt..they check S&S card/name on recept.

Yes, we did this last week on the Pride. My BIL gave his coupons to my DH for the blackjack table.

Anything listed under Carnival Classics (section of the menu)..Mai Tai, Long Island, Classic Margarita, S*x on the Beach, Mojito :) and I believe one other...Hurricane something.

As I recall it was even money only bets on table games.

Even Money = I bet $5 I win $5

 

Match Play = I bet $5 I win $10 (with coupon)

 

Why would anyone bother if it was even money. The matchplay makes it so you are out of pocket $5 and can win $10.

 

Or am I not understanding your lingo?
