Could not agree more with that. We booked the 2 hour "fortification" tour and loved it. Riding the segways was so easy and a ton of fun. We were just there and did this less than a month ago. Would highly recommend it.

 

It's not offered though the cruieline. you have to go to http://www.segwaytourspr.com/ to book it. It is so easy!

I went in september, very hot, no breeze. Never saw a trolley, even hard to find a cab. I did not enjoy it at all. I think any other time of year like fall, winter, spring would have been much better.

The trolley stops in front of Punta de Vista Restaurant which is across the street from where Carnival Victory docks. It takes you to both forts.
