Sounds like it's just easier to drink water onboard, buy a soda card, buy your drinks, and enjoy your cruise instead of having to go through all that!

 

I would if they had what I like at a reasonable price. My husband drinks Pepsi products not Coke and I prefer the taste of bottled water over ships tap and refuse to pay their price for bottled water. Going on NCL in July and they have Pepsi products so we will be buying a soda card. I always buy a soda card for DS when he cruises with us cuz he doesn't care what soda he drinks & usually drinks shirley temples anyway.

So , has any recent cruisers experienced any delay when going though security during Embarkation due to the extra searching of bags, shaking of water bottles, and opening up soda cartons. Looks like this would delay the process bigtime

well, I assume no one has reently seen any differeence in the lines at security due to them cheking, shaking, and opening up soda cartons, that's good to know
