Anyone use Premier Parking at the Tampa Port? I am trying to book my parking reservation and this lot states it's only $9 a day. Anyone have any experiences with this lot?

Read the bad reviews and called managment of lot. We just got off a nine day RCCL cruise. We had been dropped off wiht no problem when we left. Driver picked us up minutes after we got off ship. Great service, great attitude from staff.
