Splendor steakhouse questions

I'm a little confused as to the specialty restaurants on the Splendor. I have decided to eat at the steakhouse one night, but I read about the Pinnacle & Sun King Supper Club. Which one is the Steakhouse & is there 2 or 3 specialty restaurants?? Which is the best for the 5 course dining expierience? (Nothing to exoctic for the DH though) Also I thought we would do it on the first night to avoid all the confusion and possible long lines etc. Any input?? Thankssssssss!!!

The Pinnacle is the steakhouse on the Splendor... the Sun King is the steakhouse on the Freedom...

 

The food and service at the Pinnacle were both fantastic.

Ok cool, dont know how i got so confused, glad i know i only have one option so i dont pick the wrong one. could not decide what night to eat there, dont want to miss out on all the fun!! Thanks for the clarity.
