1231 ir 1243 on Eclipse

We currently have the opportunity to book either of these cabins. They both apparently have the larger balcony but one faces aft and other forward. Any opinions on which way to look?

Hi

We stayed in 1231 and loved the room. When you look forward you can see the bump out of the Captains office. My husband likes to watch them when we are docking on the port side. The balcony is really nice shade and sun and you can get out of the bad weather. We will try to get this stateroom on all of our future cruises.

We sailed aft at christmas - definitely do it again and have booked for October Aft - great to watch the wake

We chose 9292 because it's on the aft side of the hump, and we thought this might help block some of the wind while underway.
