Thank you NCL Pearl

I was unfortunately in the hospital in Miami the day the Pearl departed (4/3/11) so myself and my partner missed the ship due to my illness. I of course didn't have the insurance; so we were on our own to get to a port to meet the ship.

 

I just wanted to thank Mary Kephart @ NCL who walked me through the process on getting to the ship, what I need to do & how to go about doing it. She took the time to email the ship and let them know we were coming, had the staff goto my parents cabin and allowed them to call me at no charge (a couple of times).

 

When we finally met the ship on Wednesday in St. Thomas I was greeted by Stefanie @ the reception desk and a great surprise my cabin was upgraded to a big suite w/ a butler.. I was at a loss for words.

 

All I can say is thank you so much NCL for taking care of us; I have every intention of booking another cruise after this great service and kind gesture.
