I agree with the Not overpacking formal dinners are not that formal anymore and unless you wish to have special portraits one interchangeable outfit is fine. Airports have different size requirements for.carry ons check there web site it its easy as for the wine you can take it on the ship as a carry on but they will often make you each take your own.
