Baggage on board?

Check out my travel blog http://www.atouristlife.com and search for baggage battle but to answer your question when Boarding the ship bags must be Unlocked but when leaving you may again lock them. I agree with the Not overpacking formal dinners are not that formal anymore and unless you wish to have special portraits one interchangeable outfit is fine. Airports have different size requirements for.carry ons check there web site it its easy as for the wine you can take it on the ship as a carry on but they will often make you each take your own. I use to pack our water and wine together so it didn't break but the last time I had to unpack it and carry through Separate. Good Luck
