Perdo St. James anyone been to?

Hi all!

 

Has anyone been to Perdo St. James and how far is it from the port? Did you take a tour co to get there or a cab on your own? We love historical stuff and this looks like a great place to go....we also want to go to the Turtle Farm, are they close to one another?

Pedro St James and the turtle farm are on opposite sides of the Georgetown. We took a tour of Pedro St James and it was interesting with nice water views. We stay on the island and had a rental car, it's maybe half hour from port.
