NCL's Dawn in July 2011

My son (now 11) & I are frequent NCL cruisers, we are doing a back to back on the Dawn from Boston to Bermuda, 07/01-07/15/2011. Being that we will be in port so much, 2 1/2 days each week, I was wondering if someone who has just done this cruise recently, knows if there are a lot of on board activities while in port. Through all of the NCL cruises we;ve done, they have all been different in the amount of on board activities being done while in port. We do plan to go to Crystal & Fantasy Caves, as well as see gibbs lighthouse. Not really much of a sun bather myself (past cancer) but umbrella's will do. I heard there was a trolly?? in Hamilton?? that toured the area for free?? Any other tips would be greatly welcomed. Thank You All
