Promenade Cabins

I recently cruised in a promenade cabin on Adventure of the Seas and loved it. Size was 167 sq ft. I am now thinking about booking a promendate cabin on Navigator of the Seas, but see they are only 153 sq ft. Can anyone tell me what the difference is/how the cabins differ? Thanks a lot.
