Diving in Greece

We are sailing on an 8 day Greek/Turkey/Italy on Splendour of the Seas next summer and would like to dive at least one day. From our research Santorini diving looks best - has anyone dived and if so was it good and any dive shop recommendations? RCCL does not have any so we will be booking ourselves.

 

Our other option is Corfu. We are recreational divers only not looking for anything out of the ordinary. PADI certified shops obviously.

 

Any advice?
