If you have a late flight out of Port Canaveral, the Hyatt right at the airport offers day-rates (10 am - 6PM). They charge $75. Rooms are VERY nice- comfy beds! ;)

It was a GREAT way to unwind before taking off for home- got a little more time in the sun poolside (you wouldn't even know you were at an airport except for the planes every now and then..) Their pool is very nice and HEATED.
