Has anyone ever taken a helicoptor tour in Tortola?

Has anyone ever taken a helicopter tour in Tortola?

 

I emailed the operator for the rate, he quoted me $950 for 55 min and 650 for 45 min. Sounds a bit too expensive for me. Is this reasonable?
