deleting a post

Not Carnival specific but this is the most active board and I will most likely get a quick and helpfull answer. How do I delete a post? If I start one that has already been started I would like to delete mine. I checked before I started my post but didnt see the info had been posted already.

Ask the mods to delete it or if still in the timeframe to edit delete you text and write deleted as the replacement text.

You cant delete a post on your own. If you hit the red triangle of the post and let the mod know you want the posted deleted, they will usually handle it. If not the thread will get buried in a matter of hours anyway.
