Bottled Water to Purchase

Recommended Posts

I can't remember the price, but there are small stores along the street in front of the dock in Papeete. I can remember that it was much more expensive than what we are used to though.

We bring a couple of plastic water bottles that have insulated covers and fill them up with ice water on the ship at breakfast.

That's what we plan to do again in January when we are on a S. Pacific cruise that stops in Tahiti.

Hello just back yesterday and in Papettee at the little markets within walking distance of the ship the 1.5 liter bottles ranged from 1400 and 2500 cfps (so around $1.40 and $2.50).On the ship they wanted $2.95 for a slightly smaller size.(Those were the ones in the room) I didn't notice how much the ones were that you could buy on the way to the tenders.

Just a side not we had a balcony on deck 7 and there are no refridarators(SP) in the room. Janet
