Best zip lining in Roatin?? Please advise!

We will be arriving on 6/28, via Carnival Dream. We are two families with four children: two boys ages 17 and 18 and two girls ages 14 and 15. Most of us have zip lined once and enjoyed it. Two have no desire to zip line, including the 15 year old girl. Would zip lining be the thing to do in Roatin? If so which zip line is the best? Is there something the non-zip liners can do while the others zip line? Should we also go to a beach while we are there?

 

We will also be in Belize, Cozumel and Costa Maya. We were thinking of either cave tubing and/or ATV rentals. Can anyone recommend where we should do these excursions and who to go through.

 

I know we are running out of time and I am asking a lot, but can you pleeeease help me!!
