Trans-pacific Cruise

Hi

We're seriously thinking of taking a trans-pacific cruise from Shanghai to Seward Alaska. Which side of the ship should we book to get the most sun?

Thanks for your help!

At all times of the year , one would think the Starboard side would be the side to go for sailing Shanghai to Alaska, and obviously the Port side sailing from Alaska to Shanghai .

Depends on time of the year to as to how close the sun will be . Closest to ship over Tropic of Cancer on 21 June, mid -distance from ship over Equator on 21 March & 21 September, and furthest from the ship when the sin is over the Tropic of Capricorn (down South) on 21 December each year .
