Nachi Cocom: Time difference and shopping questions

While in Cozumel we will be going to Nachi Cocom. I believe they are open 9-5pm Mexico time. The ships shows we will be in port from 10am-7pm. So in October would that be 9am-6pm local time? I wasn't sure if they did daylight savings or if they are always one hour behind eastern time?

 

I was just trying to plan if we will have enough time to spend most of the day there and then an hour or so hitting some of the shops on the main strip since we didn't get to them the last time we were there.

In cozumel if it is 9am the ships time will be 10am hope this helps!
