saus Posted June 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2011 Apparently there are new A and B menus at 150 Central Park: 6) 150 Central Park was an incredible culinary experience from start to finish. The menus have just changed, and we went for menu B. The food and setting were sublime! Does anyone have these latest menus or know how to get them? Or even a highlight from either menu? Or even a highlight from either menu? I have both new menus at home, and will be happy to share them with you a bit later today. I can tell you that new menu A includes a bison meat dish, so I was really happy to have new menu B (it's just me, don't worry... I am really fussy when it comes to meat and would rather eat beef than bison!) :p

I'm sailing in July, so my guess is that these menus will match what is offered then. And no worries on the bison comments! To me, the preparation is more important than the type of protein.:)

Panzanella = bread salad Veloute = French for "velvety", a cream soup Paupiette = thin piece of flesh wrapped around vegetables, fruit, or Meat filling Gateau = cake Grenobloise = In the Grenoble style, i.e. used of fish which is floured, fried and served with a garnish of lemon, capers and chopped parsley I'm leaning towards B.
