Does anyone know what the parking situation is at the port at Cape Liberty. The cruise port website says their parking is closed. My parents are driving to the port for a cruise in July and would like to leave their car there. Help!!

The port parking is closed IF there is not a ship leaving/arriving that particular day. So the parking is closed on all days when there is NOT a ship in port. Maybe that is what you saw.

 

Cape Liberty is a working port with lots of truck traffic, container movement and warehousing open 6 days per week. They don't want vehicle traffic moving around except on the few days for ship departures.
