Are there any buses in Cozumel which go from the seaport (where the cruises dock) to the Beach, if so where? Also are there any beaches walking distance from the seaport (where the cruises dock)?

None in walking distance but about a thousand taxis. :)

Due to the taxi union, there are no public buses in Cozumel. As for beaches, you will need to take a taxi to the south end of the island for most of the real beaches.
