Flameless Candles

I've just ordered the set of 12 multi-colored flameless candles and also the set of 12 multi-colored ice cubes from eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/12-X-LED-Candle-7-Color-Change-Wedding-Party-Xmas-Favor-/270772244567?pt=Candles&hash=item3f0b489057&autorefresh=true#ht_2907wt_907 The seller has very good feedback. On our last cruise, our son carried a glass that always looked red. I finally asked him what drink he was ordering. He pulled out the red blinking LED ice cube. Well, it's just too cool! I'm going to put the candles and the ice cubes in our Christmas stockings as the younger children will be fascinated (just as I was!)

I always start at amazon.com and see what's there and read the reviews and then go to the web site of the original vendor. Before purchasing, I google "coupon codes for ........." to see if i can save a few pennies.

I have an idea, if you're using the tea light sized candles maybe you could get two glass drinking glasses from the buffet and put the candles inside them. I've only had a balcony room once and I don't remember the wind being so wild that it would blow the candles away. I imagine if there were a storm or really high wind you probably wouldn't use them out there anyway. Thanks for this thread the candles were the one thing I forgot to put on my packing list!:D
