All Inclusive Cruising.....

All but one of my cruises have been with a large group, typically with between 50 - 100 people going. Its with a charitable organization and the cruise proceeds help a cause. Thus each cruise we go on is "all inclusive" and we receive unlimited beer and mixed drinks (excluding top shelf and straight shots)...never had the worries of spending too much in the bar dept. Because alcohol is included we usually spend approx. $200 dollars more than a general cruise package. Comparing my non inclusive cruise (spent $500 on bar bills) and the all inclusive, Ive saved quite alot. Im wondering if anyone has had the same experience and their take on it...good or bad, how much you saved in bar bills or if anyone knew cruisers who have done the same?
